Why we shouldn't be in Iraq
Why invading Iraq was a stupid idea........................
On September 11th we were attacked by religious extremists. Saddam Hussein is a secular ruler meaning that he is against religion. Al Qaeda, the group that attacked us considers themselves enemies of Saddam Hussein and Iraq. of all the 19 people involved in the attacks ZERO of them were from Iraq. There has never been a single piece of evidence linking Iraq to 9/11. Bush lied to the world by saying that Iraq had weapons of mass destruction and Nukes. We have checked the over 2,000 possible sites for WMD's and found NOTHING. Bush Lied.
The people who attacked us didn't attack us because they are inhuman or insane. They attacked because they Hate us. They hate us because that hatred is ingrained into their culture. We cannot fight a war against there culture because that would make them hate us more. If they hate us more they attack more. If they hate us less they attack less. So to stop terrorism we need to stop the hate. By invading Iraq we made every single nation in the middle east and most of the world hate us. 11,333 civillians have died in Iraq. they have families who now hate us. so do more or less people hate us because of our invasion of Iraq??? think about it
Fighting a war on terror is like fighting a war on crime. you cannot attack everyone and kill them. it needs to be a multilateral force of nations working together to destroy terrorism internationally. after 9/11 every nation pledged there support to the fight against terror, this created a perfect opportunity for bush to make real change around the world. instead of taking the opportunity to make us safer and more respected around the world, bush invaded AGAINST the decision of the UN which is supposed to keep PEACE. he made half the nation and the entire international community hate us.
In review ................Bush makes war.........War makes hate............Hate makes terrorism.............

The first opinion I have recieved is why are we still in Iraq?
Message By Ermo- I think we should not be in Iraq at all anymore. There's also a funny fact. At the republic convention in New York there will be more police officers there protecting the president than trying to find the people trying to kill the president. The idea of Iraq should e over with because we already set up a government and now it can run on its own.

Why we should should be in Iraq
If we shouldnt be in Iraq right now, and we should leave, why are all these Iraqi people dying? Leaving the country right now will open the door for the same thing to happen again. Some power hungry terrorist guy will come in and take over the government. Even though the terrorists in Iraq is a minority, things like this have happened before (Nazi Germany). People are dying in Iraq because the Iraqis are not capable of stopping the terrorists from attacking, and it is our Militaries job to keep them safe. If we were to pack up and head home right now, instead of having a bombing everyfew days and 8 people or less dying a week, we would have 20 dying a day via gases that Hussein (spelling?) has kept there. And besides if we did leave, who is going to teach the Iraqis how to run a government, have a police force, establish a military, and keep the minorities from rising up and scaring people into following them (Nazi, Hussein) and we will have another situation like Iraq and Afghanistan (spelling?), which will not be good. We should not leave that country, Bush did the right thing to invade them to make sure that more innocent Americans would not die. Even if George W. Bush is not re-elected, which hopefully he will, Kerry, hopefully, will not be that stupid and ignorant to pull our troops out of Iraq, but then again he was dumb enough to throw the medals that people recieved in the Vietnam war. WE SHOULD NOT LEAVE IRAQ.
